Individualized Therapeutic Intervention Plan for adjustment difficulties – Bonding-PTSD
Managed from the Solution-Centred Systemic Constructivist Model and the Transtheoretical Model of Change, a Team of Professionals will accompany them on an itinerary where young people can grow and gain responsibilities in the safest possible environment. The framework for these young people has the potential to extend beyond the legal age of adulthood to better accommodate slower mental development. For this reason, the program may be several years long. One year would include the following steps and resources:
Targeted Therapeutic Sessions
Between 5 and 10 sessions with Third Generation Therapies guided by qualified professionals:
1st Session with parents and youth in question.
2nd Session Planning short- and medium-term objectives.
3rd SessionPlanning weekend home-visits.
4ª Halfway Session Coordinated with the Zero Drugs Team. Between 1 and 5 sessions.
5th Session Closing, Reinforcement, Continuity and Relapse Prevention.
Group sessions from the beginning of the therapeutic process.
Shelter in a therapeutic and supportive context, with peers with similar difficulties and a professional team specially trained in emotional management, experience/overcoming trauma, mourning and resilience building.
Weekly Analysis
Lab and Follow-up Plan. Analysis of results. Identification of use and the function it represents, or the need to which it responds, in each individual situation. Prevention of the use of other toxic substances. In cases of stagnation in progression, toxic/dependence abuse or relapses in the abstinence process — participation in the Detoxification Unit for a month in a village in the Sierra de Salamanca, a pioneering program implemented between a Team of Educators, therapists, youth leaders trained in the Therapeutic model and social/community network of the municipality (Volunteers, Association of Neighbors and Mayor). Under the coordination of Scientific Criteria for Psychiatry, Biology, Psychology, Ecology and Ethnography.
Participation in Quarterly Technical Meetings with Dual Pathology Psychiatry Service of the Hospital Clínico of Salamanca for case analysis.
Complementary intervention strategy from the Santiago Tres Therapeutic Community, under supervision by JCyL — Regional Commissioner for Drugs —

It includes monitoring supported by the Validating Emotional Bonding Theory, customized healthy habits, attention to what we eat with a personalized and group nutrition program, physical activity and sport with the Club Deportivo, rest andMindfulness practice for emotional adjustment and stress management, and compulsive behavior associated with the use of drugs.
Dopoescuela
It includes cultivating hobbies that become Healthy Hobbies, such as Circus School, Theater, Cinema, Music, Dance, Pottery, Drawing, Languages with European Volunteers and Directed Studies. We work on disproportionate reactions as a result of the consumption of toxic substances through Psychodrama and its mirrored vision viewed in Cinema and Theater. We offer a Philosophical Framework of Reference through art, where passion is the language. For example Working with Clay with a professional we can experience love for what we do, giving us another perspective, another aspect to our self-esteem and emotions.
Emancipation Project
For young people who are close to or have already reached the legal age of adulthood, it includes First Employment, Mentored Emancipation Accommodation and Accompaniment Service for Bureaucratic Procedures.
RED Volunteering Service
Seeks contact with groups of peers in healthy and safe environments, in contact with nature. From the entity itself we manage a Wild Animal Recovery Centre and an Environmental Education Centre, a Shelter for undocumented migrants, and several projects of Ecological Production and Construction.
Work as a development assistant in the South of Morocco
During the 2 months of Summer, with 5 places available for young people who follow this itinerary.
Continued training
From Educators and the Technical Team with individualised courses in an institutional setting, such as the Regional Government de Castilla and León, and others of a private nature promoted by the Association of Educators Casa Escuela Santiago Uno.
